When life gets hectic, it’s so easy to get caught up in the craziness and forget to take care of yourself. You may have too much going on, and you may feel like you don’t have time to rest… But, my friend, that is exactly when you need self-care the most!

So, what in the world does self-care even mean? What is it all about? Well, let me tell you! Self-care is all about taking time to properly take care of yourself.
There are so many ways you can practice self-care. Because the self-care you practice depends on you! It's different for everyone, which means the possibilities are endless! And actually, self-care can be divided into 5 different types!
But that seems kinda complicated, doesn’t it?
Think of it this way, it’s all about making sure you take time for all the little things that keep you happy and healthy.
Those are two very important things.
Taking care of yourself should be a priority in your life. But if it’s not already, now is a great time to start! Sometimes we get so caught up taking care of everyone and everything else, we forget about ourselves.
Or we think it’s selfish to do what’s best for us.

I believe that living a stress-free, beautiful life that you love is a real and attainable thing. It’s not something to just dream about and think “oh maybe someday.” You can live that life now. And I want to help show you how.
Taking time for self-care is so important. But for the longest time, I didn’t even know what taking care of myself meant. I figured as long as I ate healthy enough I was ok, right? I’ve learned so much over the past few years about what caring for myself really means. Having routines is a big part of that.
