Training Day 1
Shifting away from a "have to" mindset
Don't let yourself fall into the trap of thinking that your life needs to be all about the things you "have to" do or the things you think you "should" do.
Make time for the things you WANT to do. Don't let yourself become so busy that you forget the things that bring you joy.
Day 1 Homework
Make a list of all the things you think you "have" to do, and then realistically think about whether you're doing them because you WANT to, or because you think you SHOULD. Set aside time to do the things you WANT to do, and then get in the mindset that you get to decide what you do and don't have time for.
Training day 2
You get to choose your life
You life isn't determined by outside influences. You are not at the mercy of the universe. That way of thinking is only going to hold you back.
You get to choose what your life looks like. And you get to choose who you become.
Day 2 Homework
Get really clear on who you want to be and what you want your life to look like. Imagine how it would FEEL to have that life now. Focus on how it would FEEL to be that person now. Meditate on those feelings, cling to to them and let yourself feel your future success now!

Training Day 3
Self Care Isn't Selfish
Being selfish is putting your wants above the needs of others. But self care is putting your needs above the wants of others.
Self-care is the least selfish thing you can do, as it allows you to fill yourself up and be able to pour out more freely to others.
Day 3 Homework
Take some time today to nurture your spirit. Let yourself know how much you love yourself. Tell yourself that you deserve some time just for you, because you DO!
Training Day 4
Focus on the Journey, not the destination
When we tell ourselves that we can't be happy or successful until we reach our destination, then we deprive ourselves of feeling those things now.
There will always be another goal, another destination to reach. We need to let go of the desire to be somewhere else and enjoy where we are.
Day 4 Homework
Think about the destinations you're working towards. What are you goals? And more importantly, what feelings do those goals represent? Are you looking for joy, success, love, security? Whatever the feelings are you're working toward, tune into those and allow yourself to feel them now.
Training day 5
You and your mindset are your only obstacle
Our limiting beliefs often show up in the form of excuses. And we cling tightly to those excuses, because they make it OK to fail, they make it OK to stay exactly where we are.
And holding on to those excuses are exactly why we fail. You are the only thing standing in your way.
Day 5 Homework
Take some time to determine what excuses you're holding on to. How are you justifying staying right where you are? Remember that the universe is on your side, success is your birthright. Get into the Expansion Mindset and take advantage of the natural laws of the universe to attract your desires.
